  • Institutions and talent networks

  • Companies seeking qualified candidates

We do not guarantee hiring outcomes. We facilitate structured introductions.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Be authorized to share job requirements within your organization

Providing false, misleading, or unauthorized information may result in suspension of access.

3. Referral Process

When you submit a job requirement:

  1. Our team reviews the details.

  2. We may contact you via email or WhatsApp for verification.

  3. Suitable candidate profiles are sourced through partner networks.

  4. Profiles are shared with you for internal processing.

Final hiring decisions remain solely with the employer.

4. Referral Payout Terms

Referral payouts are subject to the following conditions:

  • The candidate must be successfully hired for the submitted role.

  • The offer letter must be formally issued by the employer.

  • Referral payment is released within 3 working days of confirmation of offer release, unless otherwise specified in writing.

  • The payout amount and structure will be communicated clearly before referral processing begins.

ReferralBounty reserves the right to withhold payouts in cases of fraud, duplicate referrals, misrepresentation, or violation of these terms.

5. No Employment Relationship

ReferralBounty does not act as an employer, recruiter, staffing agency, or hiring authority.

We do not guarantee:

  • Interview calls

  • Job offers

  • Compensation packages

  • Employment duration

The employer makes all hiring decisions independently.

6. Accuracy of Information

Users are responsible for ensuring:

  • Job requirements shared are accurate

  • Candidate information is handled confidentially

  • Company policies allow external referral facilitation

ReferralBounty is not responsible for errors arising from incorrect information provided by users.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including branding, logos, text, and design elements, belongs to CareerClimb Solutions and ReferralBounty.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or duplication is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

ReferralBounty shall not be liable for:

  • Hiring decisions made by employers

  • Offer withdrawals

  • Compensation disputes

  • Delays caused by third-party organizations

Our liability is limited to the referral facilitation service described.

9. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:
